Great system that is highly configurable.
What do you like best about the product?
We love Sales Cloud for its ability for us to build our customer sales processes with no code and high funcionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a fairly pricy solution and you need an admin to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of sales tracking and long term deals that we put into the system. We also use it for Loan Origination.

Easy to use. Out of the box functionalities that will cover 80% of your sales process

Best fonctionalities comes with enterprise licenses and not all type/size of organisation's can afford it

Very extensible platform that is user friendly for all users. You can build apps to support your business users very easily.

Complexity in the setup menu is hidden, many different paths to solve the same problem without a consistent set of "best practices."

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to configuration as a adminstrator. I don't need to know or study about the developer stuff to implement what I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limit to implement custom features and when we run some big batch jobs also. So we need to add additional computing resource like WAS for these kind of job to be done. Maybe Heroku can help us I think.

Usually Managing pipeline. Our Employee want to visualize what's going on with their own sales.

I enjoy the onsite I get to see on each step of the journey. We can see where we gain customers and where our pinpoints are located.

That at times you have to add more plugins to have more functionality when maybe it needs to be a core function

It benefits us as we can have a central place for our customer issues.
