What do you like best about the product?
Since the introduction of Salesforce, we have gained a much better overview of our activities, become faster and more successful, and have been able to increase our revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some error messages are not understandable for users and SF administrators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can better support our account teams in their daily work and gain a very good overview of the activities.

Everything is in one place. It makes my job easier.

It's not customizable enough. The fields for example can't always be renamed.

We have full visibility in one place for the sales department. The management has an overview of what is going on.

easy access to information, integrates with ERP to take away manual updates of maintaining 2 systems

Complex in some ways to use and train users on the system. So many different areas to learn about.

Repetition of information. Information or data being siloed into many different systems or platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
An incredible CRM and sales tool for our team. Wouldn't use anything else! Great integrations, ease of use, etc.

N/A!

Can be every once in a while lag, but we also keep a lot of data in our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud-based CRM + sales enablement needs for our team globally.

As a sales organization, we need to feel empowered to prospect & close. This helps us manage customers (for new business, customer success, and so much more).

It gives us visibility into our pipeline and helps us forecast growth.

Sales Cloud - A truly amazing platform for almost every company!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers a nealry complete package for handling all of the facets of a companies needs to track and generate leads, sales, contacts and interactions across almost all industries and business models. Sales Cloud is almost Turn-Key in that out of the box, a company can hit the ground running as soon as they implement and turn it on for their teams with little up front work. The ability to track products, quotes, sales, forecasting, contact engagements, lead and campaign influences and robustly tie all of this into a single source platform for access is a gamechanger and the nearly infinite options for Admins/Developers to expand the platform even far beyond these base functions really gives companies an ability to bring their business to a new level. The ability to integrate natively with many 3rd party systems and plugins as well as the myriad of App exchange plugins available are also HUGE when operating as a consultant or Admin working through complex solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many clunky/limited standard functions that seem to be falling behind the times so to speak and could use a revision or modern twist. Mainly Account/Opportunity teams and the limitations around the capabilities of tracking people who hold multiple roles and the lack of ability to modify the "Add New team member" screen. Additionally one area I feel is a bit limited is the interface - I feel that the capabilities and freedom you have visually in the Experience sites really lets you tailor the experience to feel like it is your company, while I understand you can modify color schemes and branding in the core platform, I feel that the Experience sites really provide more templates and design freedom without additional code than the Core experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving the problem of disparate Sales information and materials... It allows me to offer a consolidated, concise and user friendly efficient platform for entering, integrating, analyzing and presenting Sales Data. It provides advanced analytics out of the box that Sales executives and teams alike can leverage in a capacity that is not seen in other CRMS... Additionally using Experience Sites, we can easily engage with and directly present product information or materials and provide a platform publicly (or to partners/customers with login credentials) to interact with the company and generate leads, or track and intake interest or requests for support or information.
