What do you like best about the product?
Workflow and process automation abilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be pretty robust so I don't always need all the features included
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling automation and a connection between the marketing and sales activities to drive customers down the funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fast, robust, very flexible in terms of implemntation and abilites we can build ourselvs
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, didnt find any downsides to it, maybe that it's complex and you might need an admin
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps us to see all the account, contact and lead information in very detailed way and connect all our sales stack to it

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin/developer I like that Sales Cloud is easy to configure and comes with a lot of out of the box functionality and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think what is frustrating for many business users is the fact that they need to click across multiple objects to find the information they use (even with customer 360 view you still cannot see multiple objects on the same page layout).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is solving the problem of how we can keep track of all our prospective members and bring them to actually enroll with us. Sales Cloud allows us to streamline the onboarding of our members and to keep track of where each prospective member is holding in their application lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the data all in one place, using reports and dashboards to track everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like a lot of things are add-ons or other products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the CRM for high-volume recruitment, and it makes it easy to sort leads, track campaigns, and close opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Predefined standard objects and complete schema, also the prebuillt report and dashboard feature
What do you dislike about the product?
At point we can't get rid of fields as they are referenced in Apex class, and it creates a bit of a problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us one place solution for almost all of our business needs

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is a great powerful tool where you can do absolutely everything!
I used to work with this tool every day and I was able to document cases and make useful reports. Additionally, we had a product knowledge site that allowed us to find everything quickly and provide the best resolution to our customers.
This tool is user-friendly, it will take you no time to be an expert! It is very easy to implement and integrate!
Also, great Customer Support!

All is good with this tool, no complaints so far!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of the information that I work with is together in one section. I love the drag-and-drop feature as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to load up items sometimes but it makes sense when you are loading heavy pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the need to compile all sales information together in an excel spreadsheet. This make it easier to update statues/information that the entire team can view.

ne of the standout features of Salesforce Sales Cloud, from a user perspective, is its robust set of tools for managing the sales process. Sales Cloud's flexibility, customization options, comprehensive view of customers, automation features, analytical capabilities, and integration possibilities make it a powerful tool for managing and optimizing the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, while Salesforce Sales Cloud offers numerous benefits, there are a few aspects that might be considered drawbacks one of which is the cost. Salesforce can be relatively expensive, especially for smaller businesses or startups. The pricing structure, add-ons, and customization costs might be prohibitive for some organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud's ability to centralize data, streamline processes, enhance collaboration, provide insights, personalize engagements, and adapt to business growth significantly benefits me as a user by improving productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in managing sales activities.

A combination of out of the box functionality with the flexibility to do what is business specific.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the level of complex configurability, there is a lot of room for error. Bug resolution and new features can take a while to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End to end sales cycle management, and the ability to build our own tools or use integrations when necessary.
