What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing and helps me do my job effectively every single day

I dislike nothing. The CRM is incredible

It's solving all of my problems! Before, I had trouble keeping track of my leads and where my time was being spent. It was nearly impossible to do it all with the tools we had. WIth salesforce, I was not only to focus on what I needed to accomplish, but am able to have easier collaboration across my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is as go-to for our sales funnel. The lead-conversion process is critical to business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited case capability from Service cloud. Not enough OOTB reports.

Sales could is keeping our sales team organized regardless of who is working on the opportunity.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love best about salesforce service cloud is that I have all my customers data at my fingers tips. I never have to wait for another person who have Touch the case to get information needed!

Absolutely nothing! I love the platform!!

The problem it's solving is not having to wait for another person who have touched the customers case for information because all information needed is right there on the customers contact record!
