What do you like best about the product?
The features are all there. And it can integrate with a lot of solutions out there
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too expensive and not very easy to configure and use

It does streamline managing a very large team

Salesforce is reliable and easy to use. Keeps my information organized.

Sometimes the software feels clunky. It feels old and outdated at times too.

What do you like best about the product?
I use salesforce everyday to manage my customers by genearting tickets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attachments on the tickets at times also include signature images
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is benefiting me in managing all my customers with one ticket based system

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability of page layouts, processes and automations with Flows really make salesforce stand apart from other CRM systems. You can basically adapt it to any businesses' needs. The reporting functionality also is far superior to other products. Integrations are plentiful and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the customizability and versatility comes some serious maintenance costs. You will need a full time salesforce admin at a minimum to operate the system which adds to the "hidden" cost of using salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track our business from a sales/revenue perspective.

Super flexible and customizable to any application.

If you need complex functionality, you're going to need a developer. But that happens rarely.

It's intuitive and easy to use at the beginning within a small scale of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a very massive platform with lots of hidden functionalities. Without specific instructions, it's hard to ffullyleverage the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales activities tracking, Customer relationship management, reports, and data intelligence, all of them contribute to our sales pipeline planning, sales operations management and sales activities tracking as well as sales performance tracking.

The tool seems to be flexible to individual business needs and easy to use.

It's somewhat difficult understanding the full scope of capabilities, but that's not a problem, just takes time to understand Salesforce

I like the dashboards and integration with Gmail.

Its a bit complex as its designed for so many types of organizations.

It is helping me solve basic CRM / prospect communications iossues. Helps me make sure to stay engaged with key leads in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a centralized platform for managing sales activities.
It brings together customer data, leads, opportunities, and communication in one place, fostering collaboration among sales teams.
This includes creating custom fields, workflows, and reports, allowing organizations to tailor the platform to their unique sales processes.
Lead and oppurtunity management is possible.
Mobile Accessibility.

What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Cloud can be relatively expensive, especially for small businesses. The pricing model includes various editions and additional costs for add-ons, customization, and extra user licenses.
Complexity for Small Businesses because Small businesses may find it challenging to implement and maintain the platform without dedicated IT resources.
UI can be improved..
Smooth integrations required technical expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation features that help automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks, reducing manual effort and minimizing errors.
It provides robust reporting and analytics tools, enabling organizations to gain insights into their sales performance.
Mobile Accessibility enabling teams to stay connected and productive from anywhere.
