We use SFDC to sync our marketing leads, it is great!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use makes it great for us as a team to automate the process of routing leads.

Nothing! We love SFDC and will continue to use it.

Best CRM I’ve ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It's the best CRM system I've ever used. It allows me to keep track of my clients, able to store as much information I have about them all in one easy to use platform. It allows me to track my KPIs and notifies me of what I should focus on, allowing me to follow up with clients I haven't connected with in a while, etc to close more deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user, I'm not able to edit certain notes, duplicate contacts as I don't have access. However, I do understand its purpose of allowing only admins with access to be able to modify such data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep track of my clients easily as well as the pipeline of the deal. Also use it for sending marketing content to a list of contacts, shows the number of opens by a contact, etc which helps finding, chasing leads and closing deals.
Sales cloud is the way to go !

One stop shop for all sales needs. Just amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps keep your sales team on top of their pipeline and is easily customized to fit our company's unique set of business lines - all differing in their needs for opportunity stages, flows, and specific fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sales Cloud is that you have to pay extra for certain pieces that all sales team can greatly benefit from - such as Cadences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us use our pipeline for forecasting and budgeting. Our current org is rather new, but being able to see not only past sales data, but what is coming in the future helps us plan.
