Salesforce Sales Cloud centralizes all customer and sales data in one platform, which makes tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions extremely efficient. I like its automation features—especially workflows, forecasting tools, and AI-driven insights—that help prioritize leads and shorten sales cycles. The dashboard customization and real-time reporting also make performance tracking very transparent and actionable.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, Sales Cloud can feel overly complex for new users, requiring significant setup and training to tailor it to business needs. Some features overlap or are hidden behind multiple configurations, which can slow down adoption. The cost of additional integrations and licenses can also add up quickly for growing teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud addresses the challenge of fragmented customer data and manual sales tracking by offering a centralized platform for managing leads, opportunities, accounts, and pipelines. It streamlines repetitive tasks, fosters better collaboration among teams, and guarantees that every customer interaction is recorded and accessible in real time. As a result, forecasting has become more accurate, deal closures are faster, and overall productivity has increased thanks to data-driven decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives our teams complete visibility of the sales pipeline in real time. We can easily track opportunities, automate follow-ups, and forecast more accurately. The integration with Marketing Cloud also helps us connect leads to personalized journeys, improving both efficiency and conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is extremely powerful, but its flexibility also makes it complex. Customization and automation setup often require technical expertise, so small adjustments can take longer than expected. However, once properly configured, it performs very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has helped us organize and centralize our entire sales process. Before, we managed leads and opportunities across multiple spreadsheets and emails, which made tracking and reporting difficult.
Now, with Sales Cloud, we have real-time visibility of every opportunity, automated follow-ups, and more accurate forecasting. This has improved collaboration between teams, reduced response times, and given leadership a clearer understanding of pipeline health and performance.

Easy out of the box functionality that can be set up quickly to start selling with the ability to completely customize solutions

List view columns are not drag and drop.
