Salescloud has helped us centralize our leads and contact and the interactions across our various programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce is highly extensible and it can be confusing on which functions and products to use to best fit business needs.

Centralized lead and contact management and interaction across multiple programs. Identifying appropriate contacts for diverse programs.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has built in automations that help businesses thrive quickly. Sales cloud is also more intuitive than competitors products

The update and release schedule can sometimes seem to allow bugs to fester for long periods

Sales cloud is allowing my clients to see all their customer data in one place and quickly see all the opportunity information to make real time decisions without having to look in multiple places

It enables our company to have all our data in one place and we can add on features as we need them.

Not really a downside but sometimes there's bugs but we can normally work them out pretty quickly

I'm solves alot! We can easily see communication with customers, track their journey, and see follow ups
