Does exactly what we need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very easy to pull in our Salesforce data in a visual location. We use it heavily for trip planning and our Sales team loves the mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty basic. Wish it had some AI tools or some analysis features or something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our team to plan their trips, make appointments with their Contacts, and add additional appointments as needed.

Sales cloud is great for managing opportunities, leads and contracts. It can be a great way to connect with your customers

Configuration will take time to develop with a dedicated team but it can definitely enhance your sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract and opportunity management. Quoting and product management.

Love the flexibility it provides as someone who implements Salesforce for many different use cases.

Not great out of the box for smaller customers.

Reporting tools. Mobile friendliness. real sense that they care about Safety.

Cost. Salesforce's breadth is also their annoyance - trying to upsell each customer based on what they do NOT yet subscribe to.

Ease of use helps staff compliance. Lead management helps sales efficiency. Centralized data management helps inform smarter strategic decisions.

Product data model. Wish it was better for insurance industry.

We run our sales ans enrollment process on sales cloud
Salesforce helps but make sure you have the right people

It's flexibility; the ability to make significant headway in improving your processes where previously this was only available to traditional IT

It is more and more requiring someone with Salesforce knowledge to setup well and not build yourself huge technical debt

Understanding where clients engage with our business across different departments thus exposing more opportunities
Great but wonky for nonprofits that do b2b and b2c

Flow and console apps. The ability to track where opportunities connected to all our donors.

Not really anything. So far I haven't found a feature that hasn't worked for us.

It is solving the issues we previously had with who has paid or who needs credit for fundraising.
