An awesome customizable platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the capabilities of Salesforce and what ot provides at a core level. It is lightweight enough to help companies that are small but can scale into a best that can do everything under the sun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things are notoriously hard to find.... or you have to switch to classic. I feel like there shouldn't need to be any switching to classic for certain items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles our entire sales cycle. We have slowly been relying on it more and more for additional features as we grow. We recently purchased Sales Engagement and it will facilitate our email tracking. I do wish the emails and events were stored in Salesforce though.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's able to store all of our information and able to manage it making it easier to keep track of projects from our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I can think of at the moment since I haven't heard anything negative from our users when using Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of our information that also helps manage multiple projects at once so that we are able to give timely feedback to our users on any questions.

Sales Cloud is one of most mature enterprise applications in the CRM landscape.
What do you like best about the product?
Offers both scales and flexibility. Which is difficult to find in other CRM applications in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult not to like the umpteen features that it offers. However, in my opinion with Lightning there were more clicks and aloha. But with Einstien copilot there is no need to click, User should have everything at the tip of their fingers.

Implementing a Global sales process which is easier to adopt for my Sales team

Mostly good but customizations are sometimes difficult
What do you like best about the product?
We are a non- profit and Salesforce allows us to track our donors well. When staff overturn it's nice to have a donor history so incoming staff do not have to start fundraising efforts from scratch. All the data is there for them to take action on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing Salesforce to suit our needs is sometimes challenging with developers needing to learn a whole new programming language in apex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing large amounts of constituent data and controlling appropriate level of accces.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the flexibility and capabilities of the system. The clicks not code mentality is so user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support could use some help, it's so hard to find someone knowledgeable and helpful. Also, frustrated that Salesforce invests in an area for a while and then kinda drops it when the next shiny thing comes. So I feel we have some gaps that we then have to reach out to a separate company to build something to fill the gap. Which is expensive on top of the SF price.

Nothing as such but the lead conversion process should be simplified

There's a steep learning curve, need consultants to assist in initial configuration and deployment.
