Salesforce is very customizable

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to add fields and run reports on those fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is better with Lightening as opposed to Classic. Still have to go to Classic to perform some administration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our work and running reports on said work.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is great for customer data and custom business logic. It is a great baseline that can have complex business logic via triggers and flows built on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
User profile and permission UI layouts could be better from an admin perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company had a problem with keeping track of customer orders and subscriptions. Salesforce CRM helped us create customer accounts, locations, orders, and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is an endlessly extensible platform limited only by your time and funds.
What do you dislike about the product?
When your time and funds are limited, it can be frustrating to see all the possibilities that aren't feasible for your own use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have pretty standard prospect management needs and pipeline monitoring needs, and Sales Cloud works well and keeps all the data we need in one single source of truth.

I can't say that I dislike anything on Sales Cloud.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the complexities of sales management by automating tasks, centralizing customer information, and providing detailed analytics. This benefits me by enhancing sales productivity, improving customer relationships, and enabling data-driven decisions that drive revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
Scalable, low code cloud based solutions, that are admin maintainable.
What do you dislike about the product?
High license cost can be a hard sell to clients, but it is worth every penny if well implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing tech debt heavy, on prem legacy systems with a sustainable, maintainable, and scalable solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about salesforce is, I can really make it do what I need to do. The problem is that requires extensive training and education. The solution is with the right amount of time you can get that for free trailhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I don't like the most about sales for sales cloud is, it is hard to get understanding of what fields and processes are used for, or were created for in the past, before entered into theorg. Tagging and or summaries of descriptions would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce gives us insight into lead an opportunity tracking, and helps us forecast business decisions

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a great tool to build out many customizable solutions for my sales teams and account management teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can sometime be challenging to meet leaderships expectations. Page load speeds also can be very slow with to much customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to log interactions with customers in a commen place. As well, it allows us to report on pipeline health.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many out of the box functionalities that are available handy to bring in custom solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features that are not available which are pretty straightforward and this leads us to develop custom components for simple changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives a complete overview of customer data from the first stage to final. It also helps to automate a variety of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for for non developers to develop and enhance applications is fantastic. Admins can help offload work from developers increasing project velocity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limits are a pain to work around. Designing solutions around them can often add complexity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User adoption. The ease of use and attractive ui is driving adoption
