What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages of Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it keeps all your customer and sales activity in one place, updated in real time. Instead of jumping between different tools or spreadsheets, everything is right there. From tracking leads to forecasting deals, it helps sales teams spend less time organizing information and more time actually building relationships and closing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing people don’t love about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel pretty overwhelming, especially if you’re new to it or working on a smaller team. There are a ton of features, which is great, but it also means more setup, more customization, and more ongoing maintenance. For some teams, that can turn into a steep learning curve and extra admin work.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerhouse when it comes to visibility and process structure. The best thing is how customizable and scalable it is, you can literally tailor every field, workflow, and report to match your sales process. The pipeline visibility and automation make it easier for teams to stay aligned and data-driven. Integration with tools like Outlook, Slack, and marketing platforms is seamless. Once it’s set up right, it truly becomes the single source of truth for sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the complexity and cost. It’s not plug-and-play, setup, customization, and maintenance require time, technical skill, and sometimes external consultants. The user interface, while improved over the years, can still feel clunky and slow, especially for new users. Smaller teams often feel overwhelmed with the number of features they don’t need. Licensing and add-ons also drive up the overall cost pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving the challenge of sales visibility, forecasting accuracy, and team alignment. Before Salesforce, data lived across spreadsheets and emails but now everything is centralized. It helps managers track deals in real time, understand bottlenecks, and forecast revenue with much better accuracy. The automation of repetitive tasks (like lead assignment, reminders, and follow-ups) saves a lot of manual effort. Overall, it helps in building a more predictable and measurable sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the most comprehensive and best tracking software there is for sales. There are so many features that allow you to view and track easily where sales are at and where they are headed. Its the most widely used software for a reason - its the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the software freezes or fails to connect properly with my Outlook account. As someone using a Mac, I find it quite frustrating to have to repeatedly reset my logins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps us identify who we are currently in contact with, who we are not, and who we should be reaching out to. Additionally, it organizes all this information in a very user-friendly manner.

It provides powerful features to track the whole sales process. When used as intended, it provides great tools to track the lead all the way until conversion and beyond.

It can take a while to get used to the way Sales Cloud thinks about leads, accounts, opportunities etc. If you deviate from this way of thinking and start building customisations, it can become complex really quickly.

As the core of the sales process, Sales Cloud is used to manage all data related to leads and accounts. It is an invaluable tool to structure all of this data and to be able to build any processes or integrations with other tools. The problem it is solving is that it provides the possibility to build pretty much any process and build integrations.

It can be a bit too complicated at times and so hard to understand and be comfortable with.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do not has issues with this tool. I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this tool was installed in the company we had issues with field officers as they could only update deals once they return from the fields but this tool helps us to receive updated from the field in real-time through mobile phones. This promotes a streamline workflow.

It is not intuitive at all, its UX is not good, it is somewhat difficult to understand at first.

I appreciate the centralized customer data feature of Salesforce Sales Cloud, which allows me to have a 360-degree view of the customer by gathering all interactions, contact details, and communication history in one place. This comprehensive customer insight is invaluable for managing leads and keeping track of customer relationships. Additionally, I find the streamlined sales process extremely beneficial, primarily due to the sales automations that Salesforce Sales Cloud offers. These features together help in simplifying and enhancing the sales workflow, making it more efficient. Furthermore, the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud was easy for my team, which I found to be a significant advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that all the packages should be the same. The starter package should include the relay option. Additionally, I am not a fan of the changes made after moving to Hyperforce. I feel we should revert back to the infrastructure we had before this move.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage leads, send marketing emails, and maintain a 360-degree view of customers through centralized data and sales automations.
