Superpower Salesforce Flow
What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator, I love the Salesforce Flow. I can write low code flows instead of writing lines and lines of code. It`s like a superpower, something that gives me the ability to perform complex business logic without the need to wade deep into programming. It is extremely user-friendly and has many features that can be customized according to my needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I haven`t noticed the downsides of the Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems is repetitive, routine tasks. Salesforce Flow is the perfect solution for solving the problems associated with repetitive tasks.

It's got a great UI and a well documented learning experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of module items that are not included
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sales Cloud to enable our Sales reps with managing their sales pipeline as well as allowing leadership more insight into our efficiencys and inefficiencys
Great value for sales team, they are able to track the deals follow up on it and close it

Salescloud is super easy to use, it helps getting deals closed gives really nice dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a deal breaker, but it has a learning curve. Once you understand it, you can achieve numerous things with the Salesforce sales cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everything in one place is a challenging thing if you have a large sales team. Salesforce sales cloud helps us keep track of every sales stage which eventually helps us in better communication with clients.

Still not all functionality is achieved through automation which is badly needed

Robust Solution for Most Sales Use Cases
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a strong solution if set up correctly for sales teams either remote or colocated. Contains a strong amount of features OOTB that can be customize to suit specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementations can get out of control quickly if care is not taken in building out specific use cases. It is exceptionally hard to revert once customizations are made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us to keep track of open opportunities and generally provide good visibility into where they fall along the pipeline.
Perfect for mid-large non profit/ for purpose organisations
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce offer significantly discounted licences for non profit purpose driven organisations which make it possible for good onboarding and engagement processes to be managed in a crm tool built for big industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexible and point-and-click development options are hard to dislike but with all highly configurable crms it requires good management of architecture for long term scalability.

Excellent if an organization doesn't over complicate it

Everything in one place, and easy to organize , clean UI. Easy to customize for specific user needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes custom builds can over complicate the end user experience...or if forced to put bad data in, you get bad data out. Can be a lot of moving parts of end users don't get proper training on Einstein. Sometimes too many reports, equates to too many cooks in the kitchen.

Lack of having to rely on spreadsheets to track marketing data for sales campaigns

Some clientele types are not available, therefore a great degree of customization is required
