What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and very intuitive for anyone at any level.

In our company they make the log in process very cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to learn Salesforce Sales cloud independently and am able to find or create the information and reports that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my experience with Salesforce Sales cloud has been positive. No dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One area to find information about a client or campaign. It makes collaborating marketing and sales a positive experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to tracks not just sales, prospects but also losses. This allows our leaders to then create action plans and change sales motions based on outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires an administrator or additional person to help maintain data integrity once established by organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great way to integrate with other necessary and existing tools such as AWS, Outlook and reporting.

The ease of use when searching for duplicated accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ease of integration between the sales cloud and otgwr programs. You have to have the 'right one' to actually execute certain things

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is so user friendly it's crazy. I love how customizable it is and that you don't necessarily have to be in coding to be able to make the edits you need. The pipeline feature really helps our sales team visualize their priorities

Salesforce is just extremely expensive and out of reach for small businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Availability and flexibility are real strengths. Integrations and the strength of the API are also standouts. Look and feel are also good, but density of information on the screen could be a little better. Lastly, from an HR perspective, it's hard to find someone that hasn't used Salesforce in a previous position, so onboarding is that much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a technical perspective, it's such a huge and mature platform that there are tons of skeltons in the closet that they appear to be unable to fix. From a pricing perspective, is more and more expensive every year. From a user perspective, the biggest thing is that CRM should centre around Activities and streamlined business processes, but Salesforce can be VERY "clicky".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our central source of truth for customer data.

Salesforce sales cloud as a product review

What do you like best about the product?
In our organisation we use Salesforce sales cloud for B2B purpose. It provides robust forecasting tools and real-time analytics to help sales managers track performance against targets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. We have a developer team as well which uses Salesforce APIs to automate the ticket creation updation and many other things. The documentation of the API docs were so easy to understand as well. If we have some doubt about the product fratures then we also contact Salesforce contact support as well to resolve those doubt and believe me they are very supportive. So yeah that's what our point of view as organisation towards this awesome product. :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Ammm currently we didn't face any hurdles so i could tell the dislikes because it was easy for us to implement the business logic on the sales force sales cloud so yeah so far so good no dislikes as of now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i mentioned in the previous section we use Salesforce sales cloud for the B2B purpose and currently we use Salesforce for resolving mainly customer problems so yeah using it as a CRM tool.
