Very customiseable

What do you like best about the product?
We can edit the glow ourselves. It suite all workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too complicated. It need aloy training to edit salesforec and user twinning required as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It give us the solution that we need.

Some process are a bit cumbersome. And would like more features out the box

What do you like best about the product?
The freedom to be able to create your sales flows in salesforce depending on internal processes. Also the information captured from potential customers and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support from a Salesforce perspective could be a little clearer and easier, such as service cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data we receive is in depth and sales cloud unifies this data and displays it in a easy to view format as well as automating tasks that would otherwise take a lot of time manually.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides the ability for our business to see all data in different views based on role and function. Drive automation flows o ensure consistent process are applied to the data and customer interactions

Its complexity. It can do so much at times people get confused on what to do

Intuitive, highly configurable providing the ability to Taylor your processes to suit your business and maximise ROI.

The backend system configuration needs updating from classic some screens do not let you search or sort your config easily.

Smart automation and process building.
Adaptable with new enhancements coming out to better customer experience - the program isn't stagnant like some other CRMs.

License issues is core impact, reporting restrictions
