What do you like best about the product?
The Sales Process let's you guide your Sales team to different stages so they are aware what's next to progress with the deals they have to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion default functionality requires more complexity for some companies business cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoid our Sales team to feel lost. Sales Cloud let's them know how is their Sales pipeline looking so far and what's next to plan their day and try to close deals faster and efficiently.

We couldn’t function without it

What do you like best about the product?
Our business is dependent on Sales Cloud to effectively manage the wide variety of customers that we serve. We sell through intermediaries but also need to connect with our end users directly, and Sales Cloud allows us to securely store and process sales with all audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - we moved from another CRM to Sales Cloud and haven't looked back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the end to end journey for our customers, providing our sales team with invaluable information and whole views of the customer.

How easy it makes to track sales with opportunities and events with campaigns

Not sure yet I haven't used it much so would prefer using it more before answering

It makes users workflow smooth and help them closing deals

What do you like best about the product?
As a small business we have been using Salesforce and the Sales Cloud since 2014. Our work involves the sale of regualr training courses targetted for professionals in the Film & TV Production Industry. Building a database of these freelancers and key contacts is invaluable to our business and we couldn't manage the daily revenue without a reliable and trysted system. Reporting on this data is so easy and we are referring to our dashboards all the time, we wouldn't be able to manage our work efficiently if we didnt have the sales cloud a part of our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation and felxibility can be difficult to interpret and I have found training tjis to our teams more challenging than other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes historic spreadsheets and unprotected documents.

Started using sales force recently and found it very easy to learn and grow my personal portfolio. It has also helped engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be better engagement with team, better integration with chatter perhaps

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and capabilities to tweak as per organisation processes.
Best part is with sales cloud , we are leveraging CPQ to share quotation on immediate basis.

Classic to Lightning migration if org is very old and highly customised
