It's a helpful platform for our organisation. I see everything I need and I am assured that it is our source of truth. Very good.

I don't like the interface it is a bit clunky.

What do you like best about the product?
Really appreciate everything being all under one roof. So simple to use and to access customer data. Would highly recommend this product for any business of any size

The design customisation could be better. I appreciate that it is a low code design, but I feel the interface would be greatly improved with better design solutions

Bringing data together from various sources. Easy to navigate and to have a one stop solution is perfect

The reporting and dashboards are great. It allows me to see a good overview of the account and report it effectively back to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to progress to the next step when you don't have all of the information. Sometimes you're only adding a prospect and have basic details, but it won't let me continue which can be a little frustrating at times. In the end, you find yourself making up information just to move along the sales funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me lots of information over different timeframes. I can switch from reporting one months, all the way to 12 months very quickly.

Sometimes crashes when doing work so have to do it again

Users cannot have both a sales cloud and service cloud license. Many managers need to dip into both.

I love the deals object, I find it is incredibly useful for managing and organising incoming customer queries.

The transition between sales cloud and service cloud could be improved. We have a single team that operates across theses functions and it's challenging for them to move between the two

We like sales cloud because it helps our agents be guided through their selling, all their information can be found in one neat place that allows for efficient selling
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business with smaller sales prices it can sometimes make areas of sales cloud like Einstein predictions harder as our agents can go from lead to sale quite quickly

It solves the problem of who to phone and when, with lead scoring our agents know who's the best to phone and when away they are guided through their pipelines
