Easy to set up, intuitive for my sales users, lots of information in an easy to digest format- always updating and keeping things current

Not much at all- can take a bit of time for initial set up

It has the best organization of data for what I need.

System integrations could use a little more work.

I have all my data needs, they keep everything very organized.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do SOO much with it. Data analytics and breakdown help our sales team HUGE. Reporting and dashboards have made it really easy to see trends in the market. Were able to go after the right customers and that makes our success rate so much higher.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there’s a LOT to learn. For non technical people it’s difficult to pick it all up without feeling like you’re going back to school. Trailhead is a great way to learn, but there’s a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the data is really easy to see and organize. We can group our customers/leads by location and really plan our attack thanks to how Salesforce puts it together.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer 360 view. It has given our customer a full view of our large product portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change management at first but it has become easier as we have progressed and reviews are positive.

Identification of missed opportunities and actioning conversations to customers.
It really lives up to the hype!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used a few different CRM platforms in my professional career, but none quite match up to Salesforce. The piece I liked best was how in depth the CRM was able to track and sort data. Every time I had a thought of "it would be great if I could do X", there was already a way for that to be done. Not to mention the customer support was great in helping me navigate the platform and learn of its capabilities along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I genuinely dislike about Salesforce. The only real issue I faced was the overwhelming amount of features and integrations. Integration with our other platforms was seamless, however I felt at times that I was not using Salesforce to its fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a portfolio of clients can be incredibly challenging. Salesforce as a CRM allowed me to manage, track, plan, and execute objectives within my portfolio of clients in a way that would be impossible otherwise.
