What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has made tremendous upgrades to their platform over the past few years! It is reliable, efficient and can pull all the reports you need. It also integrates with different other CRMs platforms and communication systems!
What do you dislike about the product?
Improve UI experience as I find it a little dated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer contracts and managing renewals on time!

What do you like best about the product?
Tools, such as Einstein will be a significant catalyst for change and process optimization. Having these tools within the platform allow the rapid development of features that drive value to the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain limitations compared to custom development, that have been a challenge to deliver what our users would like. However, as we learn the boundaries, we have been able to adapt both from a technical perspective and our business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within the CRM we are able to take advantage how each of the objects work seamlessly. Further to that the dashboard provide impactful visualizations that help drive actions to grow our business.

What do you like best about the product?
It is our source of truth and system of record for all prospect and customer data. I love that everything is customizable and that Salesforce continues to innovate and improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain processes are clunky, such as having a historical look at data, or forecasting. Many issues that should be simple fixes are not prioritized. Everything nowadays seems to be an add on product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a source of truth for sales and revenue data. Helps me accurately report to senior leadership.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about sales cloud is that it's very customizable. We had to create a super simple mobile app for our sales reps who were technologically handicapped. After our implementation, we increased adoption 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more expensive than the other crms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a one stop shop for everything sales related.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with multiple CRM solutions, so far Salesforce cloud is the most organized and structured CRM solution
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires getting used to salesforce and sometimes integration can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using discrete systems, we now have a uniform platform to serve our doc management goals

Hard to say. I'm a developer and frankly don't use all of the features. No complaints!

Replacing old legacy platforms with industry standard, scalable products in an ecosystem with a community of users and developers

What do you like best about the product?
the well defined use of Sales Cloud across multiple industries. the use of Flow for automation and the ability to invoke apex as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of a good view for Software development. and competition with the view of Monday.com.

secondarily the copy and past feature for images into rich text fields.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly enjoy finding all related info from sales and service in our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the only area of discontent is lack of data cloud in our org.

Tracking opportunities and creating automation of asset creation into service cloud and experience cloud.

Powerful modules, integration with several applications, AI capabilities, allows easier collaboration between departments
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of mobile features, salesforce app is not powerful, need to rely on integration with Micorsoft or Google tools

Visibility of top accounts and leads qualifying
