Complex to implement, semi-easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly friendly to use once you have some experience both with Salesforce and with other CRM tools. I'd love it to be more dynamic in design, but I know that's just a personal preference! When you're on a Sales role, it's great to track all things relevant to your sales, and it can (and should be!) your control center on daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's often complicated to get around when you have a specific need. The steep learning curve of Salesforce is fruitful once cleared, but it can be frustrating at first (which was my case!), and cause issues when people don't use it as intented. That can also account for the amount of errors that happen when final users are trying to get some information, which in turn affects the amount of independence that can be provided to end-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of operations, giving leadership an at-glance view of the Sales team, as well as becoming a single source of truth when it comes to Lead management, which can be complicated when your team is distributed remotely.
One pain point that it solves fairly well is the tracking it provides our team when it comes to understanding sales and doing post-mortem reviews of accounts that by whichever reason didn't convert to customers. That helps the team keep accountability and a shift of mentality towards constantly learning!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make advance reports to find information on past meetings and opportunities. Good filters and features. The customer support team is responsive and knowledgeable. I use it constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time for newer reps to figure out how to use it effectively.

Keeping information organized and search able

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing is the fact that all of your information can be found easily and efficiently. Saves time and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still trying to understand all the differences and nuances.

It allows for easy tracking and alignment to client projects. It keeps you on task and up to date.

its provides all the information in a sigle place. i can track progress, activities and next steps and have a full 360 degree view of all my clients

their gmail plugin doenst automatically tracks all my email communications in Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
Extensive functionality that's very well suited for levelling up and mid- to large-sized organisation. Easy to implement and integrate, with a lot of features to drive data utilisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems difficult at first, with a need for support documentation. UI and UX are not the best.

Optimising the existing data to drive engagement across all channels

Hard to track metrics like outbound activity success.

As a rep, Sales Cloud lets me manage my leads and pipeline, tracking the stages, next steps etc.
