Powerful CRM system
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for it to extremely customisable and built to do anything you need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can take a little too long to complete a workflow, in that the system is a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to easily keep track of the deals in my pipeline, the status of them and then the ability to upwards manage it.
Quite a pleasant experience. Better compared to other CRM or Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
The customizability. It's so easy to customize salesforce to a specific application. As someone with little techincal experience, I am able to browse the articles from salesforce and trailhead to be able to figure things out on my own. When I can't figure things out, support has been very helpful in resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features such as einstein could be easier to implement. Even though I feel as Salesforce is pretty good in this regard, it could certainly be improved. I am also not a fan that they mandate certain features like the authentication app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is my first CRM, so it solved a ton of issues. Mainly keeping track of my customers and make sure they are receiving adequate touchpoints.

I think the most helpful about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its robust customisation options. The platform allows us to streamline our sales processes effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite complicated and hard to learn at first. It takes time and training to get used to it.

It would be great to bring all customer data into one place and give us a clear view of their interactions and histories.

Easy and simple naviagtion to check lead, contact and account related info in details and simplfied manner

Nothing it has advanced CRM that track user as well as customer all details in simplified way and that make sales team life easy to follow-up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is greate CRM application to measure the marketing efforts and converstion in one place. We have enabled the intgeration with our Marketing tool Adobe Marketo engage to measure user enegagement and that help sales team to close the deal in more simplified manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a detailed CRM platform designed to support sales processes and improve the company's sales performance. There are some of the key benefits of using sales cloud, some of them are 360 view of customer insights, automation to streamline the sales process, lead and opportunity management, sales forecasting, customizable dashboards and reports, mobile accessibility, integration capabilities, scalability, security and specially the extensive customer support of salesforce itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There very few reasons of disliking the salesforce sales cloud but we cannot ignore them like its cost; its very expensive, integration and development challenges; though its very simple and efficient but when it comes to customization there are many governer limits and restrictions that one have to keep in mind, regular updates which can involve and deprecate multiple features, implementation time due to multiple factors of restrictions, overwhelming number of features which could be difficult for a new user switching to salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier that it has a 360 degree view of customer insights which includes purchase history, communication history and other information. Moreover, built in features of reports and dashboards which can also be emailed automatically using out of the box feature, and there are many more out of the box features provided by salesforce keeping in mind about the sales industry keeps it somehow easy to implement and train the users.

Clean UI on lightning and rather easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain areas have functional restrictions that you would usually expect on products this size. For eg. Unable to search by any field on a list.

- Easy to use, UX and UI desgin of the software and being able to put the business logo on it
What do you dislike about the product?
When getting an error it doesnt tell me what the error is. When I was in telstra and used salesforce, I would get errors and with no reason for the error.

Salesforce provides a lot of custom features to manage prospects in your own way and modify the fields according to your needs which makes a lot easier for anyone to not stuck only on the available options just like other tools but use Salesforce in such a way you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to learn like any other tool because of huge functionalities available in salesforce. The support process is a bit difficult which should improve and fast so the customers can get the resolution quicker.

Salesforce CRM is providing the best services to manage the sales process and it's up to the mark. It provides more features than any other tool which helps the sales and marketing team to manage and make their workflow smoother.
