You can optimize the end to end Sales process, drive revenue, and accurate forecasting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I may be difficult to tell which AI features are included in the org.

With an AI assistant, it is reducing turnaround time and closing business faster.

What do you like best about the product?
It can fit into any process or size allows flexibility to users to create custom workflows, reports and dashboards as it provides clean and modern interface and it highly configurable in terms of implementation. It also seemlessly integrates with a wide range of third part apps helps in encourgaing team collaboration by sharing information and updates in real time. It also stands out in terms of customer support features designed to help offer excellent services to the clients. Hence also proves to be an everyday tool for sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite of it's extensive capabilites, it can be complex for new users due to it's multiple features and options which I feel is the common pain point of salesforce sales cloud.

Currently for us, it helps us in providing various sandbox environment for testing multiple scenarios.
