Salesforce is the industry standard. They are this for a reason. There's a lot you can do with it, and it's incredibly flexible to your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility of Salesforce causes businesses to build themselves into corners which are very costly and time consuming to get out of.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Experience Cloud allows users to share data and files with internal and external users, who can then collaborate in real time. Also amazing integration with different apps. My other favorite thing is the scalability, this ability allows companies of different sizes to prepare for what they think they will need, and plan for the future, knowing salesforce sales cloud will adjust to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of licensing, implementation, customization, and maintenance can add up quickly.
