What do you like best about the product?
It provides lot of flexible and customizable out of the box tools to delelop custom CRM apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes longer development times to implement custom apps without the in built AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple customer facing apps to resolve constitents service requests, provide requested information and redirect them to external/internal agencies if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It's customizable and compatible with a lot of other salesforce offerings. Great features out of the box to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If your company doesn't abide by the standard sales process, it may not be usable right away. Will need customization and will need at least an admin to manage.

I think some limitations aroind activity tracking for multiple Contacts can be improved to be more robust

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is a powerful platform designed for various sales and related processes. We have four distinct but interconnected lines of business, and Sales Cloud can meet the specific needs of each. Additionally, as a versatile development platform, it enables the creation of custom workflows and processes tailored to our business, which can be integrated with the native Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is strong but complicated. It demands extensive learning and a significant amount of time to become proficient, even for those with substantial CRM experience in other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had four separate CRMs historically and have consolidated them into one organization that covers our entire business. This has allowed us to align our various sales channel processes and track data across the four business areas.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is incredibly flexible and intuitive, allowing us to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions with ease. Its powerful reporting tools and seamless integrations with other platforms have significantly improved our sales process and decision-making.

The platform can be overwhelming for new users due to its complexity and wide range of features. Customizations sometimes require a lot of setup, and occasional performance slowdowns can affect efficiency, especially during peak usage times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us streamline lead management, track customer interactions, and manage the entire sales pipeline in one place. It has improved our team's collaboration and provides clear visibility into sales performance. The automation of tasks and workflows has saved us significant time, allowing us to focus more on building relationships and closing deals. Additionally, its robust reporting helps us make data-driven decisions, leading to more accurate forecasting and better overall sales outcomes.
