What do you like best about the product?
Best part of the salesforce cloud all the sales process are centralized and out of the box features which can be enabled in clicks

Lot of add ons instead I would like salesforce give all the accessible tools

Salesforce is extremely customizable. It can be customized to meet any need you can think of. It is THE tool for Enterprise organizations, but can meet the needs of any organization and can be customized to grow as your business grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so customizable this could require a lot of work and planning to setup and maintain. As businesses grow and scale, things become increasingly complex, which means changes have to be thought through and planned out more carefully. This is the tool for enterprise organizations, but you'll need a whole team to manage it. Consider this when considering the cost.

Sales Cloud is a great way to tie together our customer data and experiences with their sales needs. Our team is able to have a unified approach across different sectors.

The product names change frequently and it can be confusing

It's improving communication and coordination in our business both internally and with customers
Rebuilding Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
We've been in sales cloud for about 5 years but legacy processes and habits drove us to a rebuild. We love the ease of starting from scratch and that fresh new sales cloud smell.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found that folks without classic training or mentorship lead to bad decisions, bad habits, and bad processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is our primary CRM Sales tool and drives our business.

That it can connect to our primary customer communication platform, Marketing Cloud.

It is tough to leverage for independent Agents, not employed by our org, but need to have access to our info.

An easy way to visualize communications sent to our customers

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure layers to surface any records, such as leads or opportunities that might need attention.
Possible to plan up to a week's worth of field visits with optimized routing.

The scheduled visits do not automatically snap to the nearest interval which is frustrating to adjust manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients with particularly dense sales territories benefit from effective routing to maximize time spent at the customer's rather than on the road.
Sales cloud is an enabler
What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud brings our customer database together enabling reps to experience a 360° profile. It allows you to customize to make all data centralized. Our users are adopting it very quickly and looking for improvements and deficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales cloud is somewhat limited when it comes to related items. Things like activities and sinking with outlook have become less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud gives us one location where every user can add to our access needed information about all customers. The customer record within sales cloud offers all related items for our marketing initiatives and our service cases. Before it was email, Outlook and various other self-made tools
