Easy to customize and use by CRM users. Easy to manage deployment.

NA. I don't see any issue or concern for Sales Cloud

We have been using Sales cloud and it is highly customizable but lately we plan to move to most of the out of the box functionality as it gets released.

The ability to work internally to salesforce records quickly, and intuitively.

Currently, nothing. It checks all the boxes for my business case.

What do you like best about the product?
We are in our one year anniversary since we managed to roll our whole company on sales Cloud. There are for sure plenty of great features and also few gaps we experienced on our way.
The user experience and friendliness is one of the best things on the Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
We see a lot of challenges due to the currency on every object. Where we need to find workarounds as we are multi currency company. So linking campaigns with different currencies is impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite good and quick sales planning via opportunity management.
