What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of the most comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) platforms designed to help sales teams manage leads, opportunities, accounts, and customer interactions more efficiently. It’s packed with powerful tools that streamline the sales process, enhance productivity, and improve pipeline visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost: For small businesses, the pricing can be high, especially when considering premium features and customizations.
• Complexity: While highly customizable, Sales Cloud can be complex to implement and navigate without sufficient training or support.
• Learning Curve: The platform’s breadth of features can overwhelm new users, requiring time and effort to fully master.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing pipeline and forecasting has been a historically large challenge for us. With Sales Cloud and all of the features within Sales Cloud we can now report on our pipeline to executives as well as accurately forecast.

Nothing really. Need to use it more to discover my dislikes.

It is the CRM of choice for our organization and allows for an amount of flexibility and agility other CRM platforms don't.
