What do you like best about the product?
Sales sales keep track my customers, I can't remember what I had for breakfast alone all the conversations I've had with all my customers
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit of set up, but you can get training from Trailhead
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep track of all of our customers as a challenge, but Salesforce makes it easy and the reporting is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud allows us to track and optimize sales from top of funnel through close performance in one system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a lot of historical data that does not get removed and so knowing what's currently relevant with our accounts and customers is a challenge.

Sales cloud is assisting in opportunity life cycle.
