What do you like best about the product?
We are just start on the journey but it is very help to see customer accounts in one place including all activities and integrations with outlook. So sales team can find the needed information quickly.

Not yet, but hoping more integration with data cloud.

Users can go in and view customer accounts easily and quickly

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to customize forecasting, support sales processes and create custom reports and dashboards for individual reps to executive level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there is so much that can be done it is tough to know where to start and how not to get overwhelmed especially when an org has existed in it for so long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all engagement from lead > account > opportunity and a place to keep all relevant records.
