More than a CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
It empowers sales reps, as it provides easy access to essential data

Engaging users is sometimes difficult, as they are not trusting that data is handled securely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the previous patterns of storing sales data on individual reps laptops now to a centralized location.

As an Admin Maps is easy to learn & configure for users

The inability to assign permission based on perm sets instead of profiles

What do you like best about the product?
Our company started with Sales Cloud in 2013 and have built all of our systems around it. It's so great to have a low code, efficient solution to optimize sales and make our business agile and quickly configurable to meet new challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the cost to maintain licenses and grow without paying too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing users access to data they need to make decisions quickly, quick easy custom reporting, etc

Sometimes overwhelming with the amount of products and brands being launched, renamed and mixed together.

360 view of customers, revenue and pipeline automation.
I have been a consumer of a company that uses this and it truly has been a magical experience.
