What I like best is it's ability to provide multiple views of the pipeline and allow for leadership to produce high level forecast adjustments

We could really use the ability for managers to align with deal level adjustments from the pipeline and forecast view

Salesforce cloud meets the needs of our Sales team, allowing them to enter in customer visits on a mobile app that requires little to no training. We have customer data at our fingertips.

We need ways to easily customize reports and dashboards.

Some of the product related to AI we need to pay extra . It would be great to have few free AI features .
