A single customer engagement platform for my field reps and and a management tool to to help us drive our business.

Nothing. Love the innovation and flexibility

Tracking for compliance customer engagement, but beyond that to impact that business and drive customer behavior to adopt a product appropriately.

It's an all in 1 platform that allows you to do everything you need without having to use several other apps or services.

You can't get marketing metrics when you send list emails out to contacts in campaigns.

It is expensive so you have to be conscious of users and what you want to accomplish.

It has completely eliminated any manual documentation. All of our data is now structured and available to use for reporting or setting the foundation for AI use cases.
