What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive, even for non-technical users. The dashboards and reporting features give us clear insights into our pipeline and sales performance. Salesforce has helped us streamline processes and improve our overall efficiency.

Needs helps navigation fro first time users

Ability to make a seamless and scalable sales team that works through the pipeline

Some of the multi-one relationships can be a bit cumbersome, but overall it can be achieved through a bit of customization

Working through complex forecasting in multi to one relationship building with in the healthcare sector with payers

What do you like best about the product?
No-code development is possible with easy customization of basic solution features and powerful automation capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of list view screen functionality for handling large amounts of data, such as selecting records and downloading to Excel, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to conduct sales activities without switching screens, such as checking customer information on one screen, registering schedules, and logging calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Accounts and contacts are amazing objects and what makes it even better that they are out of the box objects and don't require effort for maintenance. It's an efficient way to keep track of contact and build a relationship with account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no cons with these objects only pros
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps full list of all the lenders and its relationship to the accounts with internal database.

There's nothing I would change. It has been fantastic.

The infinit possibilities to customize it and tailor it to your needs, but also gives you all you need to start even without changing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on how much customization you need, or how many users you need to have in the platform, might be a little expensive

Keeping track of client interactions, converting leads. Getting insights on how to grow the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Tr is definitely the best way to organize every single day. It also helps me make the best decisions and next steps in terms of Sales managing.
What do you dislike about the product?
O have been using it for 4 heats and I am not sure I can find something I don't like. You can do pretty much everything, it depends on rules and profiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, sales process tracking. Forecasting.
