What do you like best about the product?
Service Cloud provides amazing features for internal support case management. Automation is key for high volume and you can get it all. Leaving in Salesforce why use another tool? It's great and I wouldn't go back

There is no downside to me. like it much.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to configure and maintain and is scalable as my company grows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting tool is somewhat limited and does not meet all use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customer relationships, lead and opportunity management, forecasting, approval processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Having your sales team working all in one system, to allow for better reporting & collaboration in management of a healthy sales pipeline. There is so much it can do, and as an Admin I am able to do so much of that myself without need dev expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much it can do, which is great, but it can be a lot to consider on which features/functionality is the next best thing to pursue for your users...we have some adoption issues with our users so trying to figure out what is best next thing that can get them excited/bring them the most benefit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and ease of pipeline reporting for our sales managers. Lead generation from several different sources.

It has all the capability to make a sales agent most productive and close the deal asap

Some of the features are still not realtime
