The ease of use and ability to report on statistics for leadership

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce bread and butter has always been Sales Cloud... stay true to the core, baby! SFA all day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting needs (more) work. Not customizable enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity management is a must! We also do a lot of account attribution and assignment natively in Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track the sales process through the SalesForce Sales Cloud is unmatched. Showing the communication, events, and marketing that tie to the opportunity show what is working and what we may need to revisit from a plan perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I would change as SalesForce has so many other platforms that integrate into sales cloud, that any gaps are essentially filled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking ROI and productivity are issues most companies have but this helps improve the monitoring of your sales team and resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has an easy to follow flow of leads into contacts and accounts. With the roll out of agents and Einstein this superpowers sales workflows.

Sales cloud is not the cheapest product out there.

Sales cloud presents and end to end solution for our Sales reps to manage their day to day process flows.

Sales cloud is a great repository of our customer information. We use the quoting tool mostly in sales cloud.

Accounts and contacts labeled as inactive should not appear in global searches.

Connecting outlook to sf is great so we are able to know who and when someone contacted the customer.

User management could be more streamlined and accessing new features could be streamlined as well
