What do you like best about the product?
I used it on my day to day and it helps me to get everything donde easier and better. I have control of my pipe as well as my teams.
I never forget to follow up or to get in touch with my most important customers.
Or even to contact leads when they asked me to.
All the different addons. You can continue scaling up the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view. It bees to be more friendly iuser to personalize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control and visibility of my sales team.

The best crm platform there is! An industry leader for years, will continue to be the industry leader for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
Change sets are not the best deployment tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data storage, it's mich more reliable than sheets or excel !

The fact that everything is so simple. Once you understand the interface, navigation is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pay to play product. It's not the cheapest, but it is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me get aligned with my customers by tracking our interactions and giving me a history of our conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing leads and opportunities is extremely seamless and intuitive, and the Pardot integration functions very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration capabilities with various lead generating apps is limited

Qualifying leads and helping with opportunity conversion

That you can integrate customer information and marketing efforts, tracking the customer funnel.

Lack of support and integration with some platforms.

Can you tell me the customer rating according to their interest? This allows me to be more timely with the information and the moment I provide this information to the customer. For example, a sales email.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to take leads that we know almost nothing about and using data from within, and external to salesforce augment our lead information in an automated way, reducing the amount of time that our front line agents need to spend on the phone with patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at this time. We only just recently implemented

We are using it to help on board new patient leads
