None. I've been working on Sales Cloud for over 10 years and it's never been disappointing.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps our global sales team get a 360 view of the pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
It is the language of the tech world. It can talk and communicate with everything out there that you need to do all your business processes and meet all of your data needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's to dislike? The automations are top notch and the data processes is amazing. The reports could use some love.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across several platforms that brings it into one ecosystem for all of our agents to do their work.

What do you like best about the product?
It's such an integral piece of information for our users to be able to see a visual indicator of the address. Everyone loves it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head. It's easy to implement and administrator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team needs to be aware of a customer's location. This helps us connect seekers and providers.
