The lightning UI which is new is very slow and should be improved. Class UI was better

It is robust and our field force and users like it as ut is easy to use and it is helping us run our business much better tyan ut used to be earlier

From an admin/developer point of view, I love that is so easy to integrate it with other systems, to provide data from everywhere that is useful to sales people.

LEX can be slow. And the reports could be enhanced to do a bit more.
