What do you like best about the product?
Cloud platform
With AI CAPABILITIES. easy to use and supports lot fo integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lightning UI which is new is very slow and should be improved. Class UI was better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is robust and our field force and users like it as ut is easy to use and it is helping us run our business much better tyan ut used to be earlier

Sales cloud allows me to be efficient contacting customers. It suggests sales that are most likely and timely for me to follow up with and is extremely intuitive

From an admin/developer point of view, I love that is so easy to integrate it with other systems, to provide data from everywhere that is useful to sales people.

LEX can be slow. And the reports could be enhanced to do a bit more.
