What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies the entire end to end sales process. Best reporting and dashboards out of the box. Love the ability to customize reports and custom objects as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going from screen to screen can result in confusion sometimes. If you have a lot of fields, the pages take a while to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with all of customer data, sales insights, product feedback on trials and customer status.

What do you like best about the product?
I think one of the best things about salesforce is flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest gripe is the add ons that are notorious with salesforce. Sometimes they half back a product and make you buy a tier higher to get the full thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see where any potential sale is and when the last outreach was.
