What do you like best about the product?
I'm using Sales Cloud 5 years. This is the best tool which I used in all my career:)

Price, it's very expensive tools but it's worth this money

The product architecture makes sense and the customization and reporting options

The challenge to apply industry specific language and terms to standard fields v custom v tabs, different places to manage the translations and overrides

It allowes us to build Gecko HRM product on the platform providing security and reliability for our customers.

Sometimes we need to find workarounds for edge cases but luckily Salesforce community and also Salesforce team has our back to resolving issues fast.
