What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, essential features is available on cloud platform without any scratch coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Default fields can't be searched where they are used.

We start using sales and CRM platform at the moment, without any coding and fiscal infrastructures.

What do you like best about the product?
Capability to create account hierarchies, account teams, and capture activities. Also, having contacts associated to multiple accounts allow sales reps to see how his/her contact relate to other accounts.

Not many out of the box functionalites like FSC.

Ui is clunky and not customisable. Hard learning curve

Very customizable, but does nearly everything out of the box. Reports are intuitive, comprehensive, and powerful.

The UI is due for an update visually - and may be receiving one soon.
