Keeping up with all the AWESOME features is daunting and can get away from you. Leaving you out of touch and stymying progress for your company.

Tracking proposals, oppty pipeline and pipeline inspector + streamlining sales UI. This reduces sales team efforts in multiple systems and enhances productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has been a game-changer for my business, especially given the scale of the video and media deals we handle. One of the standout features is its ability to streamline and organize our sales pipeline efficiently. The customization options allow us to tailor the platform to fit the specific needs of media negotiations, making sure we can track complex deals and multiple stakeholders effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers many benefits for managing my video and media business, there are a few aspects that I find challenging. First and foremost, the platform can be overwhelming due to its complexity for new sales people who may not yet fully understand the business.

Forecasting, contact and lead management, along with contracting.

I don't particularly dislike anything about Sales Cloud as a user.

Sales activities and logs based on transaction history with customers are always helpful for planning in the future.

The industry's leading customer relationship management tool. From sales enablement to prospecting to pipeline management to reporting, salesforce provides a 360° view of the consumer.

With the amount of different service offerings, the capabilities can get quite expensive.
