What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive sales paths you can build and the declarative capabilities available to any administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a little tricky on full lead to Opportunity lifecycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to close deals fast. With great reporting metrics available on top of a streamlined sales process, we are able to effectively improve our sales operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Cloud has been an exciting addition to our workflow, providing enhanced functionality that benefits both our team and our clients. I’m particularly impressed with how it streamlines the grant-making process, offering tools that allow us to manage data more efficiently and deliver a better experience for our stakeholders. The integration capabilities and customization options have empowered us to tailor the platform to our specific needs, driving better outcomes for our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one challenge we faced was the uncertainty around pricing, particularly when it came to needing licenses for all of our grantees. This added an unexpected layer of complexity that we had to navigate carefully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing our agency to better track our callers "clients" to provide them optinmal service.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud because it streamlines the entire sales process, offering powerful automation, real-time insights, and customizable features that improve productivity and drive revenue growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate working with quote templates in Salesforce because they’re incredibly rigid and difficult to customize without deep coding, and it’s frustrating that Sales Engagement cadences can’t be migrated via change sets, forcing admins to manually recreate them in different environments, which is time-consuming and error-prone.

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the problem of managing customer relationships and sales pipelines by providing a centralized platform for tracking leads, automating workflows, and gaining insights through reporting. This benefits me by making it easier to streamline sales processes, improve team collaboration, and make data-driven decisions that boost productivity and revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is how easy it makes prospecting for new business. It keeps all our leads and interactions with potential partners in one place, so we can stay on top of things without missing a beat. The custom reporting is great for tracking progress, and the dashboards let us see how our pipeline is shaping up at a glance. Plus, it plays nice with other systems, so getting all the data we need to reach out to new prospects is super easy. It really helps keep everything organized and moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be better is the user interface—it can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially for newer users. There are so many features packed in that it’s easy to get lost or miss things. Customizing it to fit our specific needs takes some time and effort, and even then, it doesn’t always feel as streamlined as it could be. The mobile version is also lacking some of the features needed to manage the backend, which makes making quick org changes or updates on the fly a challenge. Improvements here would make things a lot smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us manage the entire sales process for our white-label credit card program, from prospecting new banks and credit unions to closing deals and managing relationships. It keeps all of our customer data, interactions, and deals in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks. The automation features save us a ton of time by cutting out manual data entry and follow-ups. This means we can focus more on growing the business and less on chasing details, which has definitely helped our team stay more productive and organized.
