I wish there are better documents. And some of the documentations are outdated

It helps managing our sales opportunities. It is low code and easy to configure.

It can get complicated quickly because of how flexible it is

Hugely customizable platform good for any business
What do you like best about the product?
Hugely customizable, which makes it a great tool for businesses and unique sectors such as mine. While a lot of solutions are available in plug-in play format there is always the option to customize or manually build out. Any features that are missing without the need for any extreme development.

So many tools and features available that can be confusing to end users.
