What do you like best about the product?
It has a wide range of features and modern functionality. It comes with great poin t to click functionality and out of the box reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific that I dont like. There are few tiny limitations with the cloud which needs the knowledge of the tool before configuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to customize reports and use filters to identify exactly what I'm looking for. These features allow me to make targeted lists based on specific marketing campaigns or promotions that our company is running so that I can identify likely prospects who are in a buying stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user interface looked a little bit more modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud lets me easily view all accounts, prospects, their activities, past opportunities, and existing customers, making my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud allows me to make necessary information corrections and update fields easily. It integrates with other tools like LinkedIn and Pitchbook, which I use every day, and helps organize leads in multiple ways. I find the 'one-click' access to leads detail pages on partner tools very convenient, as it reduces the time I spend researching the same information on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating reports or a list, it's still a bit complicated. The user interface is not so friendly, and on the tabs, you can't filter out directly through them if you need to narrow down the list.

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me track my territory leads, make necessary information corrections, and update fields. It integrates with LinkedIn and Pitchbook, providing one-click access to lead details, reducing research time, and organizing leads in multiple ways.

Salesforce is easy to use, and the customization available for new fields allows my organization to track, filter, and report on exactly what is important to us. It also integrates seamlessly with the other software in our tech stack.

Given the large amount of data and customization, load times can be a little slow.

Salesforce has all the information, gathered from everyone who interacts with customers, all in one place. I can also find historical information, contact information, and anything else I need to manage my relationships with leads/customers.

I like that Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me manage the entire sales funnel. It assists me by enabling the management of inbound leads and building processes that facilitate sales tasks. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, which was a nice surprise.

Pricing can be a bit expensive compared to using other AI providers and building webhooks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place, which saves me from having to keep multiple platforms open at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Amazon Connect integration could work better. It kept opening random cases on my profile, and I wouldn’t get any alert about them unless I manually selected them to view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s slimming down the amount of platforms, as in the old platform I would need to have 4-5 items open but on salesforce everything is integrated
