I like how it allows my team one place to manage pipeline and accounts and contacts while collaborating with other teams in the company.

There is so much capability to it, we only use a small portion of the functionality offered but hopefully will continue to build on it.

Sometimes too configurable... this can create challenges in keeping data and reporting consistent.
