What do you like best about the product?
Customizing the workflow as we move customers through our pipeline, copilot support for our sellers, accurate quoting with CPQ and tracking our pipeline and revenue schedules allows our to tightly manage growth and our financial health
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely takes a bit of effort to drive adoption, but that may be an issue irrespective of which platform we go to

Ensures that our marketing and sales teams are collaborating as we move prospects through the funnel, helping sales users effectively manage their pipeline

What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful customization and scalability. Additionally, its reporting features and dashboards provide clear visibility into performance, helping teams make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity, especially for new users. The platform has a steep learning curve due to its wide range of features and customization options. Setting up and configuring the system can be time-consuming and may require dedicated training or external support. Additionally, Salesforce's pricing structure can be expensive for smaller businesses, with costs increasing as more features and users are added.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and easy to support from an IT perspective. The more Salesforce connects it to the ecosystem the more value we can capture from our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fragmented data, we don't have access directly to Pardot or even in heroku connect. This is a major pain point

Capturing middle of the funnel activities for sales

It has made collaborating with teammates more efficient by consolidating information in real-time. Now we have the ability to gain a fuller understanding of our clients, their needs, and a history of engagement, which is invaluable.

So far, there are no dislikes other than the fact that it is not integrated with our other systems.
