Sales cloud gives you all the tools you need to deliver what is needed to prospects.

Nothing I can think of. Salesforce is very customizable so it can be tuned to work for all users.

What do you like best about the product?
No sales process? No problem! For sales teams struggling with a consistent process, Sales Cloud has default setup yoi can use from day 1. The most helpful thing is customization is not required.

It's a robust tool and can seem overwhelming. But unused features can be hidden or turned off.
