What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows to gain a 360 vision of your accounts and enable sellers to pay attention to what matters when it matters and successfully close on deals!
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is only powerful as the data entered by the sellers, the product is there, setting it up to fit your organization need is key for success
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows large complex organization to keep track of everything happening in one account. It avoid missteps from different sellers

What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a business background, getting started with Sales Cloud is so easy. Almost everything you need is available through Trailhead or communities. Being able to customize for your business, and change it later makes it easy to support after lessons learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the complexities of existing processes from ERP to MDM solutions can be challenging when an object is used heavily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first started using Salesforce it gave us one place to manage accounts across multiple lines of business.
