The account and opportunity workflows are straightforward and easy to use, which is a big advantage for us. In my organization, we rely on these features extensively. I also appreciate that new features are regularly added to opportunities, keeping the platform up to date and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRMA feels quite rigid when it comes to dashboarding. Additionally, I think the account hierarchy could benefit from being more customizable.
